shewin reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if shewin has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, are subject to a legal obligation requiring account restriction, or if your account has been flagged by shewin's automated compliance systems for investigation.
shewin may permanently terminate your account and void your balance in cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8, or any other material breach of these Terms. In cases of confirmed cheating or fraud, shewin reserves the right to withhold all funds in the account pending the outcome of legal proceedings.
You may close your shewin account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receipt of a closure request, shewin will process any outstanding eligible withdrawals (subject to KYC completion and wagering requirement fulfillment) before closing the account. Bonus balances and any associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.

When material changes are made, shewin will provide notice through one or more of the following channels: (a) a notice displayed on the shewin platform upon your next login; (b) an email notification to your registered email address; or (c) an SMS notification to your registered Philippine mobile number.
Your continued use of the shewin platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the shewin platform and contact support to close your account.
The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for any changes.
